This Single Estate Cold Pressed EVOO is grown from 60 year old trees.
Olives used to make this Extra Virgin Olive Oil are harvested at their peak and then carefully cold-pressed. As no pesticides or harmful chemicals are used in the production of this oil, it is Certified 100% Organic by USNOP, NASAA and IFOAM – the International Foundation for Organic Agriculture.

Seared fish, grilled meats, al dente pasta, steamed vegetables and ‘smashed’ potatoes are all greatly enhanced when drizzled with our oil just prior to serving.
